As a victim of crime, you are sure to have many questions and concerns about your case.   The following questions and answers are an attempt to answer the most immediate of those concerns.

arrow  What happens now that the suspect has been taken into custody?
arrow  The suspect could not be located after the crime. What happens now?
arrow  What is Magistrate Court?
arrow  I was the victim of a juvenile offender.  What procedures are followed in juvenile cases?
