Registered mobile home taxes are paid for in the current year.
According to South Dakota law, mobile homes with a model year of 1977 or
newer, are taxed as real estate.
Mobile home taxes are paid on the same dates as real estate.

The Treasurer's Office accepts credit cards over the phone.
No out-of-state checks accepted. Send cashier's check or money order for vehicles.
