ENFORCEMENT OF PENNINGTON COUNTY ORDINANCES Pennington County Ordinance Enforcement implements procedures for the enforcement of Pennington County Ordinances relating to: public nuisance health and safety environmental and resource issues tattoo and body piercing regulations and inspections within the County Pennington County Ordinance Enforcement also serves as grant writing and bid contractor for Waste Tire Cleanup in Pennington County. Director of Equalization ~ determines taxable valuations and administers various tax programs
