2008 GRANT YEAR
Below are the additional forms needed when completing your grant project.

All completed forms must be included when invoice is submitted.

Equipment Transfer Letter
 
Projects or purchases not completed by this time are subject to forfeiture of grant funds.   Any funds remaining upon completion of the original intent of this project will revert to the grantor.
2009 GRANT YEAR
 
2009 HGSP Application
All Pennington County Homeland Security grant applications must be received at the Emergency Management office no later than the new extended date: Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
 
Some important things to remember:
1.  All sub-recipients of Homeland Security grant funds must be NIMS compliant.
2.  All equipment requests must be on the Approved Equipment List (AEL). This
     list can be found at www.rkb.us/lists.cfm
3.  Questions to ask if you are submitting an application for radio upgrades:
