NEWS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE DECEMEBER 16, 2009 The Pennington County Board of Commissioners is now accepting applications to fill two positions on the South Dakota State University/Pennington County Extension Service Advisory Board. These positions fill terms expiring December 31, 2013 and are eligible for a three-year reappointment. The Board is seeking two at-large representatives for these positions, which begin January 1, 2010. The Extension Advisory Board is responsible for providing community input for local needs assessment, program planning and development, staff evaluation and fiscal responsibility. A letter of interest must be sent to the Pennington County Board of Commissioners, 315 St. Joseph Street, Rapid City, SD 57701. The letter should include agency or community affiliation, particular interest as related to the Board and personal contributions applicable to the position.
