Julie Pearson says, “File now to receive an absentee ballot by mail!”  Any voter may complete an 
Absentee Ballot Application with the Auditor’s Office to receive a ballot by mail in late 
September.  Forms are available at the Auditor’s Office, Pennington County Courthouse, 315 St. 
Joseph Street, Ste 107, Rapid City SD 57701 or you may access a form at our web site 
www.votepennco.com and mail it to our office.

The Pennington County Auditor’s Office would like to remind all deploying troops and college 
students to complete an application for absentee ballots now so they don’t miss this opportunity 
to vote in November.
