PENNINGTON COUNTY 
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MINUTES
June 11, 2010

A special meeting of the Pennington County Board of Commissioners was held on 
Friday, June 11, 2010, in the Commissioners' meeting room of the Pennington County 
Courthouse.  Chairperson Ethan Schmidt called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m. with the 
following Commissioners present:   De Glassgow, Nancy Trautman and Brenda Young.  
Commissioner Gale Holbrook was not in attendance.  

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

MOVED by Young and seconded by Trautman to approve the agenda as presented.  
Vote:  Unanimous. 

OFFICIAL CANVASS OF THE RETURNS OF THE 2010 PRIMARY 
ELECTION

MOVED by Young and seconded by Trautman to approve the canvass as presented, 
declare the results of the June 8, 2010, Primary Election official and authorize the 
Commissioners present to sign the Official Canvass.  Vote:  Unanimous.

ADJOURN

MOVED by Glassgow and seconded by Young to adjourn the meeting. There being no 
further business the meeting was adjourned at 9:12 a.m.
