PENNINGTON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MINUTES February 16, 2010 A meeting of the Pennington County Board of Commissioners was held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, in the Commissioners' meeting room of the Pennington County Courthouse. Chairperson Ethan Schmidt called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. with the following Commissioners present: Gale Holbrook, Jim Kjerstad and Nancy Trautman. Commissioner Brenda Young was absent. REVIEW AND APPROVE AGENDA MOVED by Trautman and seconded by Holbrook to approve the agenda as presented. Vote: Unanimous. After consideration, it was MOVED by Trautman and seconded by Holbrook to reconsider the agenda. Vote: Unanimous. LAYOUT PLAT / PL 10-07 AND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS VARIANCE / SV 10-02: Richard & Jody McKee; Fisk Land Surveying – Agent. To create Lots 1 and 2 of Tract 2 of McKee Subdivision and to waive platting requirements in accordance with Sections 400.1 and 700.1 of the Pennington County Subdivision Regulations.
