PENNINGTON COUNTY 
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MINUTES
May 28, 2009

A meeting of the Pennington County Board of Commissioners was held on Thursday, May 28, 
2009, in the Commissioners' meeting room of the Pennington County Courthouse.  Chairperson 
Brenda Young called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. with the following Commissioners 
present:  Gale Holbrook, Jim Kjerstad and Ethan Schmidt.   Absent:  Nancy Trautman.

APPROVAL OF BOND PAYMENT

MOVED by Holbrook and seconded by Kjerstad to approve the bond payment to First National 
Trust and Investment Management Services in the amount of $115,000.00.  It was noted that 
First National Trust and Investment Management Services will reimburse Pennington County for 
the cost to send the payment by wire transfer because the original invoice was incorrect.  Vote:  
Unanimous.

ADJOURN

MOVED by Schmidt and seconded by Holbrook to adjourn the meeting at 1:35 p.m.  Vote:  
Unanimous.
