PENNINGTON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MINUTES December 16, 2008 A meeting of the Pennington County Board of Commissioners was held on Tuesday, December 16, 2008, in the Commissioners' meeting room of the Pennington County Courthouse. Chairperson Brenda Young called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. with the following Commissioners present: Gale Holbrook, Jim Kjerstad and Ethan Schmidt. Nancy Trautman arrived late. REVIEW AND APPROVE AGENDA MOVED by Schmidt and seconded by Kjerstad to approve the agenda as amended: Remove Transfer of Alcoholic Beverage License; and Add Office of Violence Against Women Grant. RESOLUTION TO DISCHARGE COUNTY AID LIENS OF DECEASED PERSONS WHEREAS, the Pennington County Commission has determined that it is in the County’s best interest to discharge county aid liens against deceased persons and those liens deemed uncollectible; and, WHEREAS, Credit Collections Bureau has researched and reported the following liens totaling $38,369.96, as listed on the ORDER TO RELEASE INDIGENT LIENS on file in the Pennington County Auditor’s Office; now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Pennington County Board of Commissioners, that the Register of Deeds is hereby directed to discharge these liens. That an approved On-Site Wastewater Construction Permit be obtained prior to any wastewater system being installed on either of the proposed lots or alterations being conducted to the existing wastewater systems located on proposed Tract 9A; 7. That prior to County Board approval of the Final Plat, the Section Line right-of-way be improved in accordance with Ordinance 14 Standards, a surety be posted for the road improvements, or else an approved Subdivision Regulations Variance be obtained waiving this requirement; 8.
