BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING
September 22, 2008

A special meeting of the Pennington County Board of Commissioners was held on Monday, 
September 22, 2008, in the Commissioners' meeting room of the Pennington County Courthouse.  
Chairperson Brenda Young called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m. with the following 
Commissioners present:  Gale Holbrook, Jim Kjerstad and Nancy Trautman.

EXECUTIVE SESSION PER SDCL 1-25-2 (1) Personnel

MOVED by Kjerstad and seconded by Trautman to convene in Executive Session.  Vote:  
Unanimous.  The Board remained in Executive Session from 3:11 p.m. until 4:51 p.m.  Holbrook 
left the meeting at 4:36 p.m.  MOVED by Trautman and seconded by Kjerstad to adjourn from 
Executive Session.  Vote:  Unanimous.

ADJOURN

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 4:51 p.m.
