PENNINGTON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MINUTES FEBRUARY 19, 2008 A meeting of the Pennington County Board of Commissioners was held on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, in the Commissioners' meeting room of the Pennington County Courthouse.
