NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Central States Fair on behalf of the Board of 
Commissioners for the above-referenced items at the Central States Fair Office, 800 San 
Francisco St, Rapid City, SD, 57701, until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 25, 2007.  Any 
bids received after 2:00 PM will be returned unopened.

Copies of the minimum specifications are on file at the Central States Fair Office, 800 
San Francisco St, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701.  For questions and comments, please 
contact the Central States Fair at (605) 355-3861.

By virtue of statutory authority, preference will be given to materials, products, and 
supplies found or produced within the State of South Dakota.

The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any 
irregularities therein and reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible 
bidder as they so determine.
