NOTICE TO BIDDERS

                          HAYING CONTRACT FOR A PORTION OF LIBERTY BOULEVARD

                                     A PORTION OF HIGHWAY 14/16


Sealed bids will be received by the Pennington County Highway Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners 
for the above-referenced items at the Pennington County Highway Department, 3601 Highway 79 South, Rapid City, SD,
 57701, until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 17, 2007. Any bids received after 2:00 PM will be returned unopened.

Copies of the contract conditions and a map showing the designated haying areas are on file at the Pennington 
County Highway Department, 3601 Highway 79 South, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701.  For questions and comments,

The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein
 and reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as they so determine.
