NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LICENSE
APPLICATIONS FOR SALE OF LIQUOR

  The Board of County Commissioners of Pennington County, South Dakota on 
Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at their meeting that commences at 9:00 A.M., in the County 
Commissioners’ Meeting Room in the Pennington County Courthouse at Rapid City, 
South Dakota, will consider the following malt beverage license applications to operate 
outside of municipalities:

NEW RETAIL (ON- SALE) LIQUOR LICENSE WITH SUNDAY SALES  

BIG HORN CROSSING RESTAURANT AND SPORTS BAR, PDQ Market, Inc. 
23855 Highway 385, Lot 3 of D, Murray Subdivision, Section 21, T1S, R5E, BHM, 
Pennington County, South Dakota.

ANYONE INTERESTED IN THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF THE ABOVE 
DESCRIBED LICENSES MAY APPEAR AND BE HEARD.
