PUBLIC NOTICE


Nemo Road

Nemo Road will be closed Monday, August 17th and Tuesday, August 18th from 8:00 a.m. 
to 3:30 p.m., to allow Pennington County to complete bridge repairs.  Bridge 306-261 is 
located 0.10 miles east of the junction of Nemo Road with Norris Peak Road, and Bridge 
321-266 is located 0.17 miles south of the Pennington/Lawrence County line.  “Road 
Closed Ahead” signs will be placed at the Rapid City limits and Nemo Town site to 
inform users.  If an emergency event occurs, it will take 20 to 30 minutes to make the 
bridge passable.
