NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LICENSE
                              APPLICATIONS FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE

The Board of County Commissioners of Pennington County, South Dakota on Tuesday, 
April 24, 2007 at their meeting that commences at 9:00 A.M., in the County 
Commissioners’ Meeting Room in the Pennington County Courthouse at Rapid City, 
South Dakota, will consider the following Alcoholic Beverage license applications to 
operate outside of municipalities:

NEW RETAIL (ON-SALE) LIQUOR WITH SUNDAY SALES

SUNSET GRILLE, Kelly Flannery, 7887 Sheridan Lake Rd, Rapid City, SD 57701,
1N 07E Section 29, Lot 1 of SE ¼ SE1/4 Less Lot B of SE 1/4SE1/4, Less Colonial Pines 
Hills Sanitary District Well Lot, Less Flannery Subdivision; Lot A of Lot 1 of 
SE1/4Se1/4, Pennington County South Dakota.




ANYONE INTERESTED IN THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF THE ABOVE
